Midnight Juggernauts

After a year of non-stop touring across the US, Europe and their native-land Australia, Midnight Juggernauts are making a welcomed return to the States this winter for a string of headlining dates across the country. Having received raving reviews from all over the world on their sophomore album ‘The Crystal Axis’, the Juggies have continued to provide an ongoing supply of limited edition vinyl, creative short films and hand made Ts to their fans, staying true to their DIY ethic and their commitment to giving fans what they really want. Having released a string of singles online and in 12″ via Acephale Records, The band are returning with their third single ‘Lara V’s The Savage Pack’, equipped with an impressive handful of killer, eclectic remixes by LOL Boys, Kisses, PVT, Electric Six, and Plastic Plates as well as a brand new video shot frame by frame, then re-shot using 2000 printed pieces of paper, which was directed by Lucinda Schreiber and Beatrice Pegard.

Highbloo got into music when he was still a child. He created his own electro project “Highbloo” after seeing Popof perform in Antwerp at the end of 2008. Ever since then, he has been working on his productions; a sweet mix between midget, dirty dutch and minimal techno. His tracks quickly caught the attention of the blogs and got DJ support from the likes of Crookers, Brodinski, LA Riots, Don Rimini… And Dr. Lektroluv, who signed him to his label for the release of his debut EP ‘My Sitar’ earlier this year. The remix requests quickly came flooding in and now there’s a second EP coming up on Lektroluv. This summer Highbloo played at all the big festivals, in the meantime he’s a regular at Social Club in Paris and soon he’s also playing at the gigantic I Love Techno fest. The remixes on this EP are from the hands of UK star Will Bailey (Simma Records) and our very own Mumbai Science, who are currently killing it globally with their Ancova monster hit.
