I’ve never been a fan of Danny Tenaglia, nor have I ever been a huge fan of über soulful progressive house vocals. Sometimes they’re clever and fun, think of Stardust and Modjo, but most of the time its pretty gay. Yeah, I know, its not cool of me to say ‘gay’. But you know what? I have lots of gay friends! Take that awesome comeback! Now that I think about it, I think I just don’t like most female vocals in house music. I always like the tracks where the dudes are belting it out.
Okay, anyways, I do like house music. How can you not like house music? Disco house, Dutch house, House House… Shit’s raw. Not really but house music is the shit. Breakdown does a great job with taking the track and making it a little more new and fresh and I can see the track being dropped in sets of all different scenes.
