David Elijah Rose makes the kind of over compressed, so thick music it sounds like its been mixed with a bottle of honey and poured over your speakers. Even though you’ve heard a million other acts do it over the past couple years you still have a place for it in your heart. Sidechain compression and arpeggiated midi bass lines don’t seem to get old to me.
